Backing Into Parking Spaces Is Prohibited

All auto, truck or van drivers who use campus parking facilities during scheduled class hours and final examination periods are required to pay a parking permit fee. Students enrolled exclusively in weekend or off-campus classes are exempt. Parking permits may be transferred from one vehicle to another. A, C, F, G, L, N, and P. Disabled Parking

You may not park in a handicapped space without disabled persons plates or placards issued by a government agency. Out-of-state valid placards and plates from another state or country may be used in Nevada. However, once an individual becomes a Nevada resident a Nevada handicap placard or plate is required. The out-of-state placard will not transfer. Plates and placards must be used only by the person to whom they were issued. You may not use someone else's privilege. In addition to the parking citation, the person who owns the plates or placards may be cited for allowing another person to use them improperly. The Nevada DMV issues Authorization Letters that list the disabled person's name and address. These must be kept in the vehicle if it has handicapped plates or with the disabled person who is using placards. The Blue Badge disabled parking scheme allows drivers or passengers with a disability to park near to where they need to go. In North Hertfordshire, Blue Badges are issued through Hertfordshire County Council. It is your responsibility to renew your blue badge and you should allow sufficient time to do this. You may not receive a reminder to renew your blue badge. Before you park you should check your blue badge is valid.
